Q. What is your return Policy?
A. Items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt, unless item is damaged due to neglect.
Q. What is your repair policy?
A. You may return items for free repair within 30 days of receipt, unless damaged due to neglect. The customer will pay one way shipping costs to us to repair and we will pay shipping costs to return the item to you.
Q. How do I care for my jewelry?
A. Since much of this jewelry contains crystals or glass, it suggested that you not wear it during sports. Tarnishing of the silver and gold can be accelerated if worn repeatedly in the shower or tub. It is suggested that you keep this jewelry in closed zip lock type plastic bags when not wearing it to keep oxidation at a minimum. Please clean your handmade jewelry with a jewelry cloth. It is not suggested that you dip your jewelry in jewelry cleaner since it may remove any of the antique look of some of the silver and gold.
Q. Will all jewelry be identical to the jewelry shown in the photographs.
A. Yes. Most of the jewelry will be identical, however, due to discontinued beads, some beads might be substituted occasionally. This will not change the overall look of your jewelry products. You will be pleased with the appearance and quality of our jewelry.
Q. Can I make a special request, change sizes or substitute colors or beads in your jewelry designs?
A. Please email your request either prior to ordering or with your order, and you will be emailed back with an answer immediately.
