Our return policy is simple. We want satisfied customers. Although our jewelry is custom made to size upon order, we will accept returns within 5 days of your receipt of your jewelry order. In other words, your jewelry must be mailed to us no later than 5 days after you receive your order. Your money will be refunded when we receive the jewelry.
